After you arrive at Montego Bay Airport, you will encounter 2 to 3 immigration and customs stops depending on your recent travels. Be sure to mention your previous international trips upon interview.

Once you have cleared immigration, proceed to baggage claim to retrieve any checked bags that you may have checked. You have collected your luggage and proceed to the exit towards the airport’s main lobby. Once you are in the airport’s main lobby, look to the left of the exit doors, and you will see the Couples Resort Lounge (See Image Above).  You must check in there to take advantage of the free shuttle to the resort. They will have all guest names printed for the day of arrival.
